Um... interesting story here. I am an M/P slash hater, but your story certainly caught my interest. I'm not sure if that is good or bad, however. I have a few pieces of advice:
1. Get rid of Nimrodel. The name, not necessarily the person. Nimrodel was Amroth's lover. Amroth was the last king of Lothlorien. That's why the river is anemd after her, she dwelt in the trees near it. Then she and Amroth left to go to Valinor together, got seperated and both died. There are plenty other names you could pick for you Wraith, so spare Nimrodel.
2. Why an elf? Just why? There were three elven rings. That's all. Even if there had been more, and you're angling Nimrodel to be Nimrodel Amroth's lover, she would not have a recieved a ring. Celebrimbor distributed them, and he would've listened to Galadriel, whom he loved. Galadriel would not have let Nimrodel be given a ring, since she had a dislike for that Silvan elf.
3. If there's no ring, there's no wraith. You could always have her be a ghost or something instead, to keep kind of the same idea, or maybe a Maia even.
Once again, a good idea, and I applaud your effort on ages, but still, keep true to Tolkien's writings, please.

This is REALLY GOOD. I mean normally I hate/despise Merry and Pippin slash stories but this is great. Keep writing! I'll be waiting on edge until you do. You. Go. Write. NOW.

Oh wow, I love this story so much. Though I didn't like it when Merry said "Don't cha trust me?", it sounded very out of place - but the rest was great! I was so into this story, I was on the edge of my seat and I was really feeling the mood of everything. My God you must write more quickly!

P.S. Oh yeah, I remember Nimrodel now, she threw herself into the river and it was named after her... Is this the same Elf? Or different Elf? Or will all become clear as I read on? WRITE MORE!
