Wow, dude -- WOW! I loved how you wove the theme throughout -- the flashbacks, the images in Jack's mind, all culminating with the surreal nature of his "baptism." Such emotional and lovely dialogue between J&S -- both characterized so beautifully. If you wanted to raise the bar, congratulations!! You rock -- keep writing!! :)

I'm not surprised to like this fic too. It has a lot of feelings, A LOT. You have to find them but it's really not that hard. You describe it perfectly, his feelings for her...

Wow, this was awesome!! I loved how you wove in the word here and there until it literally became its own entity in the story. Great mix of action and emotion. :)

i like how you show how much Jack is still in love with Samantha. We get to see the hero he is, even with all the trouble, pain, and wrong doings in his life. I loved it, as usual :)
