But anyway..the ending was just really really cute ^ ^. I give it a big w00t! w00t!

You've done a good job with the story, I wish it were a little longer, but hey, I'll take what i can get.
The only thing I have to point out is that you made a mistake when Aragorn was talking. The Dunedain are descended from Elros, twin to Elrond. Their parents are Earendil the Mariner and Elwing.
The half-elven blood comes in one stage higher. Elwing is the daughter of Luthien the Elf and Beren the Mortal. Earendil is the son of Idril Celebrindal the elf and Tuor the Mortal.
And that was more than you probably needed to know, but I thought I'd point it out.

If you are looking for inspiration, WhiteWolf 3 and X-Lander1 wrote a couple of very good BtVS/SG1 crossovers. The titles are: The Slayer and the Goauld (spelling?) and it's sequel, The Slayer and the Jaffa, and Hero For A New World repectively. Hope this helps you. Not too shabby there bud. Always fun to see the Scoobies & the LOTR gang in a story together.
But I think I'm gonna have to side with phoenix83ad on this one. Buffy does seem way to controlling in this tale. I mean, she waltzed in and starts ordering people around like she owns the place. And it seems to me that the LOTR gang is being shown in a pathetic light, as oppose to Buffy who can seem to do no wrong here. Her attacking Gandalf was a big no-no in my book. Buffy might be the world's greatest slayer and she might be the uber-hero of Sunnydale, but this ain't Sunnydale.
Not to mention she's being really manipulative, which is kind of out of character for her.
And Dawn is SO a strong character. We especially saw that in the last season of the show. Sure, when first introduced she was the bratty kid sister of the slayer, but that was the past. She's grown up and become a much stronger more capable young woman. The only reason she doesn't always seem like that was because of Buffy is there to steal the limelight.
But, I will hold on my final judgement until the final chapter. There is a final chapter right...?

I am very much enjoying this story. And I agree with you about Buffy wholeheartedly. Too many writers now are watering poor Buffy down so they can boost up their favorite character, which isn't right. I have nothing against any of the others, but I hate it when suddenly Buffy is an uberbitch, wimp, whiny baby or completely self-absorbed for no reason other than giving another character a chance to shine. If you have to destroy Buffy to write someone else then you're doing something wrong. ;-)
Anyway, great story, I love how you write Buffy and Dawn :)
