Wow. This has GOT to be the best Sesshoumaru/Rin story I've read here. No joke. In the summary, you specified that this was written "in char". I sort-of raised a brow at that--a lot of people tend to add many unnecessary mushiness between these two. I was really blown away. What makes this story most winning is the sweetness factor written all over without resorting to smutty elements (I've read a lot. Haha). I could really picture this happening. How you portrayed them is really, really how they are. Even the other characters were really written well.

You deserve much praise for this story; it's a gem. I love it so much. Great job!

When I started reading the first chapter, I couldn't stop and before I knew it, I already reached the epilogue! I think I'm about late now for my job but I don't regret it at all because it's worth it! This is fabulous! I am so touched! I like how you portrayed Sesshoumaru and how well-thought his dialogues are! It is just like his character... I also like how you somehow found a way to end everything... It's a very unique way of ending the series (or the conflict between each and everyone) if I may be allowed to say... At first I thought this anime series is bound to have a sad but warm ending because it seems even if demons and humans be together, their lifespans will not match and the demon/half-demon will still be lonely in the end with/wtihout falling in love with humans... though if I think about it, maybe it'll be worth it anyway.

There was a moment though a few chapters back when I thought Rin acted/thought immaturely when she was imposing herself too much to Sess... She struck me more like the martyr-kind of person that you can never be angry with how stupid she may seem... Those kinds of people who always place others before themselves that sometimes its both fascinating and interesting to know more about them and how they have survived the cruelties of the world. But I guess it's understandble since she was still too yound then and prone to more mistakes just like the youth today. I was so glad when she regained her own self towards the end of your story and it shows how much she had matured over the years. I think you have been able to develop her character well.

I support Sesshoumaru x Rin pairing and a bit disappointed that there are only a few people who write about them and even fewer do so in a 'in-character' fashion. I'm very happy you did. It was an eyeopener of some sorts and a bit grounded with reality in correspondence to the series. I understand it's a bit hard to pair these two characters since much as a lot of people hate happy endings nowadays, it was even more impossible back in the feudal era with the wars going on and the discrimations. Thank you for this wonderful experience and I apologise for not being able to review each chapter of your story. I hope you write more. Good job! You made my day! Thank you very much.^__^
