AWW! Poor Veggie in the beginning!
I just LOVE to see Vegeta's soft side once in a while!
The story was sweet and fun to read.
Oh that Vegeta! He just suddenly jumps back to being his arrogant cute self from nearly crying himself to death. Lol!
I love the small addition. "You baka." Definitely fits his personality!

I do not want to be rude, but you have totally destroyed Vegeta's personality. Here is why:
1. Vegeta cried once and only once, because he knew he wasted his whole life trying to become a super saiyan. During the Trunks saga Vegeta wasn't even around. And he didn't care about Trunks or Bulma.
2. Vegeta wants to kill Goku. Vegeta hates him so much that he allows babidi to enslave his mind in the Buu Saga. Vegeta doesn't start to like goku until the end of the Buu saga. He would never ask goku for help with anything. Ever.
Please get personalities correct in the future. My crusade against false showings of characters continues.

This story is so sweet, i can really see the love between bulma and vegeta, it's very good

It could do with a little more in the story between their arrival at the hospital and Vejita's talk with Goku-chan, though; it seems a bit lacking there. But all in all, it's a wonderful little story! I wish you good luck writing in the future as well. Great job, and keep writing, dude~! *thumbs up*
