This certainly captures Kenshin at his tortured best. I liked how you began and ended with the ceilings and showed how Kaoru's was a "strong, forgiving ceiling", different from all the others. I also especially liked how muddled Kenshin is as he is caught in his dream state, telling himself the men he killed deserved to die, that he is justice and then the opposite.

Wow, I wish I could write crazy this well. Incredible look inside the mind of a man who is pretty much a poster child for PTSD even though those around him don't think about it often.
