This was so fun to read, even if I read it in less than 20 hours. I'm now going to explore the rest of your gallery :P

Oh, very well written. This is one of among a handful of fics that make me really feel that Goku and Sanzo might have that kind of relationship.

Yanane is a great character. Not a Mary-sue AT ALL. She has spirit and originality and no wierd superpowers. Nor is she a tragic attempt at a heroine. She's a towngirl with a crush. She's perfect, and you designed her very well. Great job. it's hard to do that!

This is a gem to this section. It's made me smile so many times. I'm a die-hard 39er, but the parts with Yanane and Goku are just so well-written. You have a wonderful control over the English language. Thank you for posting this. truly, there's so much terrible stuff written that treasures like your story are rare in on this site. :) I'm adding you to my favorites. If you have other works to read that i really enjoy, I'll put you in my favorite authors.

Awesome chapter!! The build up of tension before Gojyo's outburst was nicely done, and Gojyo's dialogues were just wonderfully done! I love the emotional exchange here!

You did a fantastic job keeping everyone in-character while still moving the plot (and romance) along.

The development of the 58 and 39 relationships felt very natural and flowed very well. You also did a great job keeping the characters true to their natures while still showing how much each of the Sanzo Ikkou care for each other... Not just the main romantic pairings - but the friendship that exists across the pairings (Sanzo&Hakkai, Sanzo&Gojyo, Hakkai&Goku, Gojyo&Goku...)

I also really enjoyed how well you balanced the emotional intensity of their relationships and the UST between the two couples without getting overly sappy. It was just the right touch.

Okay, so this story is over two years old--who cares, I had to leave a review anyway because I liked it so much. I felt you needed to know that I stayed up until five in the morning reading this story until I was too tired to sleep straight, and then after a bit of rest, woke up and finished it. It was that good, to me.

Original characters who move the plot forward? In character actions and conversations? It felt like I was reading a novelized version of another one of Minekura's mangas. Bravo, I say.

...and I bet that you're glad this is the last you'll hear of me! ^__^ I do apologise.

A nice quiet ending and you incorporated Koumyou Sanzo's teachings without being overly ponderous(if that is the right term to use here) with the inevitable Genjou slant.

A very lovely thoughtful piece in spite of what you think. Thank you too to X-parrot and Gnine for the encouragement they gave you because otherwise I would not have had anything to enjoy. Now I wait patiently for updates on "Remembering to Breathe".

So I come to the end. Nearly! I do apologise for all the little typos in my reviews as I have a sticky(read - old) keyboard and sometimes (read -a lot) doesn't behave as it should.

Again with the well characterised Gojyo-Goku realtionship and in this case the 'easy-ness of how they are together' Gojyo and Hakkai...

and more Sanzo angst! ^_^

Again as with the previous chapter I forgot to mention because I was blinded by Hakuryuu..no really it did I forgot because of the lil white lovely thing...er..yes

Umm, again with the wonderful action scene writing in the previous chapter and the beginning of this one!

Here is also where the Sanzo and Gojyo relationship is shown to good effect as it is, more so the manga than the anime, I think (aside from moments in the Kamisama arc in Reload anime).

Hakuryuu. You the STAR! Absolutely adored this for that alone...

along with the other things and as I get near the end...my limited vocabulary is going to fail me! So apologies if I sound like a stuck record!
