Heartwrenching and heartbreaking. So much feeling without a spoken word. You are the master of imagery. I just loved the metaphor of the broken glass interwoven with the images of Debbie Marlin's murder scene. In a sense, it is Sara's death too ... she is so near and yet so far. And the last line just blew me away. Haunting. Beautifully written--this scene is definitely going to stay with me for quite a while.

I loved this story. The images that the author creates to go along with the speech heard round the CSI world was perfect. You would think that something like this is possible with these characters... I would suggest it to all.

What a great story! Very well written, and the only way it could be better would be if it was longer. Then again, that's just me loving everything you write and wishing there were always more of it!
