Have Harry with Blaise, eventually. The fact that she comes from a powerful family can be used as a plot device to get them together. More common pairings such as H/G and H/Hr (*shudders in revulsion*) are evil and should be avoided at all costs!
Also smoking doesn't really work. Aside from the fact that I don't like it, How would he support his habit, anyway? Smoking seems to be mainly a muggle thing. Someone suggested tattooes and I'll second that.
