aww, so sweet! and thanks for the shoutout- I love to be picky XD I like the angst from Robbie which seems so reasonable after anyone loses someone close. your Alex is well developed and seems like a cool friend to hang around with.

Hey girl!
One day at school I totally had a brain storm for a fic about the death of Robbie's dad. It'd be pre-Travis, which is fun because I don't like writing Travis and it would be good practice for me to write Robbie. You know, stop focusing on all the Ray/Lily stuff.
But I can't decide few crucial things, like how he died, when he died, all that jazz. And I can't decide if I want to tackle something so emotional and disturbing. But hey, like I said. Good practice.
Anyway. Yeah, we still need to finish that Ray/Lily oneshot. I think, though, that we should change the OC character we were thinking about creating to a girl Robbie met at the beach. Because then Ray could make a great comment about it turning into another 'long distance text message' relationship.

Yeah, I know that I've told ya that I don't like OCs. But I like this fanfic, and I don't mind Alex. I'm sorry I can't be more complimentary (as Lily would say, "That's what every girl wants to hear. You look... umm... different," LOL), but for me, that is HELLA complimentary. Ahh, I'm tired of trying to explain. You know what I mean!

You know what I find wierd? I usually never, ever, EVER like new characters. Yet I've completely embraced Alex Strong. Love it, man. Absolutely love it. :D
