even though it's short, I think it shows lot of about Naoko. Just a nomral girl who is different in her way than the rest of the characters. Interesting that you talk about her ribbon, never really thought much of it. ; Very nice fic. )

aiih... that was so beautiful,, yeah i agree with your comment,, characters we write are maybe the reflections of what we truly feel. however, not all author can really put their emotion/feeling into the story and make the character's...reliable. I can't do it also. But you can. yOU're great, girl. Keep up the good work!

Oh, I was hoping for more. There will be more, yes? I love the so-called "minor" characters. As writers and readers, we should all be able to identify with Naoko. All she got was the Create episode, though.

Wow, i see that this story is for sure gonna be one of the best. I like how you started it, it's different from how people usually portray her. (Usually the nerd or ugly one) I'd really like to see how far this fic goes, you got my support that's for sure. By the way i think you misspelled 'doesn't'. "She (desn’t) always want to smile." Nice job with the rest of the story though, i hope this does turn out to be one of the best.

A Naoko story... what is the plot, I wonder? Will there be any magic? Will she fall in love? Considering that we don't seem to know much more than her looks and her love for reading and horror, it will be interesting to see how you portray her. Good luck, keep it up, and update often.

Since so far this falls in what I would consider drabble-length, I think it's very well done. Sometimes it's difficult with such an economy of words to get across the essence of a character, so when you can do that, it's all the more impressive. I like how you've given depth to Naoko without making her overly angsty (which always seems like the easy way out to me), and instead making her... well, normal. In her particular way, of course. She very much seems like someone who's got more going on inside than outside, and in fact likes it that way. To an extent, that's true of all bibliophiles.
Sometimes I write rambling reviews. Sorry .; But I look forward to seeing where you go with this, mostly because Naoko's probably the most ingored character in CCS fic and definitely deserves her turn.

I get the feeling that you could go farther with this idea, though. Why not try something more substantial?
