Rune-of-Iormangand 2008-09-13 . chapter 1This is really good. I would be really happy if you made a multi-chapter story out of this. Boogiepop had to be doing something between saving Moto and giving Poom Poom a stern talking-to (otherwise Boogiepop is the laziest superhero ever).
I was rewatching Boogiepop Phantom (as one must, to make any sense of it), and realised that when Toka was revisited the hospital before meeting Suema, Boogiepop could have been prompting her. Maybe he is lonely for the hospital too.
There's a post-Phantom fic I'm trying to write. With the books and manga being released in English, maybe the Boogiepop fanbase will expand, and it can have its own section! We can hope.
Lastly, Mysterious Froth is as beautiful a title as Beat's Discipline and Peppermint Wizard. |
Race Canyon 2005-10-07 . chapter 1 Man, I liked your story. I have been dying to read a Boogiepop fanfic for a long time now. Your writing style fits the series almost perfectly. I hope to see more of them soon. However, I think Boogiepop was a bit OOC back there. Also, about your end notes, I think it was hilarious how you described the origin of Boogiepop's names. But one thing you should do in you future stories is try to come up with an original one. |
Kirima Nagi 2004-09-29 . chapter 1Go ahead, be crazy. It's a good story. I tried something like it a while ago, where it turns out the Boogiepop feels all kinds of things and is emotionally scarred by having to be Death... but it didn't turn out well, as you can see. This fic of yours sounds right somehow. As to the title, I recognized instantly what you were trying to do...all these novels with names like "Holy and Ghost are Steeped in Plastic Crimes"...anyway, this is Boogiepop to a T. Good job, and keep writing. |
Mossygirl 2004-02-10 . chapter 1Interesting. You said this is a teaser, but there will be more, right? Right?! (There's a significant dearth of Boogiepop fanfiction). |
Chaos Blade 2004-02-02 . chapter 1well, it is good to see a boogiepop fanficiton, and it doesn;t look like FF.net's norm either (that's a good thing).
Well, 'd like to coment more on it, as it sees a bit early to give any definites. |
