Great piece, read it a couple of times during the last three years. Noticed that this is the only unfinished story you have, and it appears you have gone a hiatus. I agree with one reviewer in that you have so few reviews for such quality work. I am also likely not the only one who would like to see it finished.

I was searching throguh the archives of Evangelion fiction when I found this little gem.

I must say, I am floored.

The story is great. The ideas you have are awesome. There are some things I would change with the execution: The Hikari/Rei scene felt a bit forced, but these are minor problems in compared to the fact that this fic ISN'T FINISHED YET!

I mean, I know I'm chronically lazy, but come one! You're obviously still active! And with Rebuil of Evangelion coming out this is THE time to dust off those unifinished Eva fics and...finish them.

Come on...please?

I love your story. The romance between Shinji and Asuka is undeniable. I also like the other characters who you portray, but mainly I like the Shinji/Asuka stuff. The protection they both give each other and the kindness is a great way to show that they love each other. I really hope that your next chapter comes out soon since you haven't updated your story for two years. It's a great story and you shouldn't abandon it.

I stumbled upon this story at ASMR of all places and after having a healthy fit of laughter with "All I want for Christmas" I decided to check this one, since it seems that looking for good Eva fanfics is as challenging as it is with Sailor Moon. I'm gladly not dissapointed; on the contrary, after finishing the first chapter I'm eager to know what happens next and to see how the tension that seems to be building will lead to. Your Asuka is great and even from the (relative) safety of the reader's chair you can feel and therefore fear her rage as much as Shinji does. My only comment and is more personal preference than anything else is that the opening parragraphs with the beautiful description of the sunrise can be a little overwhelming in the details, but again, that's just me. Very nice job!

Another amazing chapter. The characterizations and descriptions are excellent, and well in the theme that NGE puts forth. I love the scene where Rei chokes the child, with a grin on her face. That was awesome. As always, there is suspence and plot twists. Five thumbs up!

I must say, only 30 reviews doesn't do your fic justice. I'm starting out on writing fan-fiction too, so I can understand the difficulties you must be facing now, and I must say that you far surpass what most first-time fic writers would write. Great work for a first-timer!

When reading the fic, however, sometimes I got confused as to when the characters are dreaming/imagining things (like Rei and her mysterious child, Asuka seeing Rei in her dreams, etc) Some clarification of a dream-like status would be helpful. Also, Asuka's character transition is a bit to sudden. Needs slightly more developing.

Otherwise, the fic is quite good. Please keep up the good work!

Very nice, as always. I get the feeling that you write more than just fanfics from this. Perhaps it is your style or prose, whatever the case, your writing is very good. No mistakes, at all, that I could find, and that includes grammar, which I am usually very good at picking out.
The story itself is very good. I especially like the way that I cannot tell about pairings yet. I can see where most authors would pair Shinji/Asuka, but you have thrown in enough to make me think you are going to Rei/Shinji. But again, I cannot tell for certain. I hope to see more of this soon. It is one of the better, if not one of the best, stories here, and I look forward to more.

Well things are certainly becoming more ... interesting. All a plot hatched by the mnaster manipulator Gendo Ikari.
Can't wait to see what happens next or how The Children, misato and kaji can counter this. And now SEELE wants in on the action by taking Rei, and Hikari's at the wrong place at the wrong time.
