You know, not many people would write a fic revolving around these three, and after reading your story I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.

It's a bad thing because this fic is excellent - you explored their characters is such great ways that I wish I could read more. It's a good thing for the same reason; popular characters tend to get... erm... slaughtered dozens upon dozens of times upon that great alter of all that is evil, OOC. It was /great/ to read through this - I love what you did to some characters that rarely get any attention.

(And Raphael's lil brother's name is Julian, at least in the dub.)

That was incredibly, impossibly beautiful. One of the most impressive stories I've seen in any category here over the last three years I've been on Every phrase was just perfect, and you captured each of their emotions so well. I especially liked the fact that Raphael was the narrator - as the eldest, he's the most likely to tend to the other two, and the characterization fit in really well.

I hope to read more of your lovely writing; it's been a long time since I found anything of this caliber in the Yu-gi-oh section, I'm sorry to say. In fact, in any section.

Wow. Very very well written. I loved how you explained everything, how there was a reason... a meaning behind everything they did. I don't know how to explain it, but I gues simply the way you described the characters. it was so cute! I'm a shounen-ai fan, but even though this wasn't shounen-ai, it was so good, it might as well have been. I mean, you explained their relationship so well, and it was just so well done, and the dark humor and sadness behind it was very clear, as well as the chracter's struggles to make it after Doom and all that.
Excellently done! I love Varon and Raphael, and Amelda as well, except for his name sounds like Amanda, and his shirt is too short *^_^*

You really touched on the aftershock of Dartz' demise well.I could see the three living together,and Varon probably does face a bit of a predicament of being somewhat undereducated and having no purpose in life at this point.Which is a good reason level-headed Raphael is there to help him out,I suppose.I love how you kept everyone in character,from the beggining to the very end.That's a truly remarkable feat.So keep up the good work!
