I write on Fictionpress normally but I discovered this lovely fanfic through Deviantart. Well done! I was really glad to find a sensitively written, gripping story that was in your own unique style. I enjoyed the hooks, I kept wondering what was happening to Malfoy even though you'd described it as bipolar... but anyway, well done and well-written.

I absolutely enjoyed this story, and I'm glad I eventually read it.
You know that I love your "Secrets & Lies", as it is truly a monumental story. But this one has a couple of great point on its own - firstly, as I said in an earlier review, the scenes are so true to life and you have a couple of great pictures in it (I just remember the "fingers of blood" on Lupin's face - I love such expressions!). And secondly, I really enjoyed your style of writing in this fic. I think I like it even better than in S&L, and it's obvious that you put your heart in this fic. (not that I think that you didn't do this with S&L, but... argh, I hope you know what I mean ;-)).

Maybe the characters are ooc, but what's really great in your fic here is that it's so true to life. Call me stupid, but I absolutely loved the scene in the toilet. This little line of Draco leaning on the porcellain made me feel the cool thing on my own forehead as well. Wonderful!

However, even if he seems extreme in here, I guess this could happen in real life as well, couldn't it? :-/

And I don't really pity Lucius much, after all how he is/has been treating his house elves. ;-)

So I was right about the skeleton ;-). I like the connection you draw here between Severus and Lucius. I suspected that Severus had known all along what's the "problem" with Draco.
