I hope you two are out there and all right. I've been terrible about leaving reviews, but I really like this story and its predecessor, and have been hoping you'd get a chance to update. I checked out your LJ, Jen, and didn't leave a message there as I didn't want to seem like a nag (but, in my heart of hearts, I think I am...). Oh no,no no! You can't leave it there. I was all prepared for her to rush to him and have her be gathered into his arms...AT LAST, but no, you all had to go in and throw us a twist. Am so glad I was able to find and read this update and am delighted by the emotions, imagery and overall tone of this chapter.

First off, big hella YEAH that you guys are once again writing! Your first story continues to be one of my favorites of all time and I am so glad that Isobel and Lego's story is not yet at its end.

Second, I CANNOT BELIEVE HE WALKED AWAY FROM HER!! I mean I can, cause no doubt he's flammin' mad that she did not stay where it was safe, but OH how that must have hurt her to watch him walk away. Remind me not to make elves mad.

So what now? I sure would be miffed if the love of my life turned his back on me after so long apart...I hope she goes after him. And it goes without saying that I am also hoping hot, steamy, make-up sex soon follows. Too much to ask for? Well, I'll leave it to your creative minds to devise a proper reunion. Can't WAIT for more!!

Whee! New chapter!

I just had to laugh...after all poor Isobel has been through...and then Legolas describes it as "the energy and excitement of battle." Damn elves.

I like how she is on the periphery, describing events we already know. Eowyn being brought in. Merry. Seeing Aragorn, but after he's been accepted as a healer.

And poor Pippin. He really has grown up. He was always my favorite hobbit when I was reading the books as a kid.

Dare we hope for chapter 6 soon? :-)

Great chapter, very moving, very descriptive. I am very glad they're re-united, but I'm worried that they're going to be at odds now. Oh, dear. Update whenever you get a chance, I would love to see what happens next.

I sincerely hope ya'll finish this story. The beginning is already even better than Eternally. You have a way of describing war that makes me feel both horror and pride. Does that even make sense? I want to cry, watching Isobel at work in the houses of healing, but I also want to honor the heroes, of which she is one. Really gorgeous so far, you two. Don't give up on Isobel just yet.

One of the greatest Legolas romances ever, and that's a lot coming from me as I dislike most legomances. Well written... and I really can't wait till Legolas sees Isobel again!
