I loved your story and must agree with your previous reviewers. Your character development is excellent, especially in the way you handle the master detective with his conflicting emotions. You are true to the Holmesian style!

I would also love to see an alternative ending!! *sad puppy dog eyes* An ending from Mac's point of view when she passes and has the same vision of Holmes holding his hand out to her, except this time it is real, not an illusion. Or perhaps her death carries her back to the past to her true love...just a thought.

I do not wish to say much for I have just finished reading this story and am currently suffering a bit of speechlessness. Your writing is fantastic though. The character development and writing is brilliant. This story is, without a doubt, one of the best romance fictions I have ever read. Thank you.

I loved your story. There are very few decent Sherlock Holmes and modern character crossovers that are worth reading. Your storyline was brilliant and characters excellently portayed. Tres Bien! I can't believe you! I'm crying so hard I can barely type! It is by far the best fanfic I have ever read, and for that I thank you. I'm a huge bookworm, and have been all my life. Never ever have I felt this much emotion when reading anything. You could be a really great author. Great, now my glasses are all smeared up with tears. Please write another fanfic; you are so awesome at it.

Just one TINY little complaint. I don't think that ever, under ANY circumstances, would Holmes ever hit a woman. He is too much of a gentleman.

Other than that, I am enjoying the story immensly, and when I look at what a character Mackenzie is, then think of the prolougue, it makes me want to cry. You're sure you can't change it?

First, I would like to say that SH time-travel I hate to read, because it is just so wierd, and would rather stick to the Canon type stories.

I always check to see if there is any new fanfic, and this was updated at the top and I hadn't read it before, but it had an incredible amount of reviews, and everything being so positive, I decided to try it.

I'm only at the end of Chapter 2, but this story is SO amazing! You have developed the characters very well in only 2 chapters and a prologue, when I find that many other fanfic writers never develope their characters at all.

I'm very excited to read more!
