I felt this was a bit short and had a rather rash ending. I was a bit misled by your summary as well, thinking this would be Artemis centric instead of focusing on Butler. Although it was intriguing to hear what he had to say about it, seeing as we do not have much information on Butler’s relationship with... well anyone!
About Angeline, “Her sanity showed signs of slipping.” One would just pass that off as grief in such an early state methinks.
And I shall end this review with my fav. line: “The only cloud in our silver lining is that most of the Fowl fortune is now gone…”

I think this fic was very well written. There are a few grammar mistakes, but nothing majo, just a couple missing commas. I do, however, believe that Artemis's "break-down" should have been a little longer, but hey, it's your fic.

Also, I'd like to know what/who "genii" is. Just send the answer as a review for one of my fics; you don't have to read them. I'd really appreciate if you did.
