Very sweet and moving; your conception of Crais is perfect. I love the way you portray his as restrained and conflicted, afraid of his own sentimentality.

I think that my favorite line is "At fifteen cycles ... time to offer them."
It just fits so well with the final line ... heartbreaking and pretty. Thanks for writing it.

This is not only a very good start in Farscape, it is an excellent story and I hope you will delight us with more.
It is also a very good insight in Crais' thinking. Love the story.

Wow - for your first FS fic, this is really good. I love the concept - Crais' early days, and his relationship w/ Tauvo have very seldom been explored. I like your interpretation of his POV, showing the necessity of distance and his 'attempt' at detachment. Well-written and poignant.

This was wonderful. I think you captured the conflict within him quite well. We know so little of the relationship between the brothers during their training and how it contributed to who Crais eventually became.
I'm not familiar with Farscape Friday, so I don't know exactly what the challenge was, but this was a very enjoyable and nicely written scene. I'll look forward to seeing more of your fics!
