I feel sorry for Haldir.Now he is both father and mother to his younger brothers.But I also admire him for taking that kind of responsibility.

I'm really touched!I never read a fic that solely focused on what Haldir's life was like while he was growing up.I really feel for Haldir.Not knowing if he should respect his father or not.His mother is right about people making choices and sticking by them.His mother still chose to love her husband despite his absence and seeming lack of resposibility towards his sons.And Haldir's choice of still calling him Ada despite his feelings of abandonment.I like his protectiveness for his mother and two younger brothers.Again,thanks for the dedication.It's really nice to be acknowledged.

I hate to say this but I can't read this story (and I love all things Haldir). You are trying too hard to sound elegant but it only exaggerates your grammatical and contextual mistakes. The plot feels solid but the style needs work. Ask a friend to help you or pick up a copy of Elements of Style by Strunk . If you are not certain about the definition of a word then look it up. (dictionary.com is a good one). Good luck with your writing.

Now that's just plain unacceptable.Do you mean to tell me that Haldir's father wasn't even present for his youngest son's birth because he didn't want to be?What a jerk!I would love toi call him something else but it's your story and I didn't want to impose.
