This story was so cute and profound! I think it reflects perfectly the love that 003 and 009 share. They were holding on to something of great importace from their pasts, a part of them that reminded them the humans they were once, but they sacrificed it for the one they loved, and it only made them more humans yet. Your style is excellent and the way you tell the story cught me in the story.

This is so wonderful! I have not seen more than two or three episodes of Cyborg 009, but there was a trace -a very slight trace, of a romance between the two.
I read this fic, and it came to light for me. You are a truly outstanding writer, and how you brought that cute plot into it was magical. You've seemed to capture every essence of romance into this, an incredibly hard feat to accomplish. (I know, I've tried. @_@)

Beautiful take on the Gift of the Magi. I personally loved that short story, and so I am quite glad that this followed it quite well. And the thing is, I can definitely see 009 and 003 doing something like this for each other (that is if the anime/manga had actually continued long enough for them TO get together). *coughs* Anyhow, I regret having missed so much of your works. I've missed all the happy moments between our favorite couple (what with Wicked Enough writing all that angst *sticks out tongue at WE*).

That was a truely beautiful story, very fitting for Valentine's Day. Wonderful how they care so much about each other.

This story is beautiful, despite the Japanese culture twist to fit into the plot. It explains 009 and 003's relationship quite well (in a subtle fashion). Most inspiring.

GA2, sorry I wasn't able to review this last night. The net was so slow! You have a true artist's touch, and it shows in everything you write. I so enjoyed this one-shot, with both Joe and Francoise sacrificing their favorite possession to get their love something. That's what love is all about, anyway. The song was beautiful. I don't think I've heard it. I am planning to do a Cyborg 009 one-shot, just to test the waters :-) I don't know if I can write those characters the way you capture them. Great story. RL2
