I made the mistake one night of trying to sift through a lot of garbage for fics focusing on Reno and Rude (I've since learned the best way to go is through rec lists and FF.net comms), and I am so happy I found this.

This really was one of the best Turk fics I've read in a long time. The tension between Reno and Rude as partners, and the "higher ups," if you will, isn't really played upon too much, and it worked brilliantly here. I could see this as being truly plausible, and ironically, Reno and Rude are also caught in the tumult at this point in the plot as dictated by Shinra. I love the way that you portrayed their relationship as being independent of this context, but at the same time inextricably linked. Really good, and the writing was superb.

Well now, I really liked that, you seem to have brought out yet another side to those two. I can't believe more people haven't reviewed it.

You're Rude is simply *delicious*, my dear. The emphasis you put on his business-like movements and attire was so Turkish. And your Reno kicked ass, too. But in this case, Rude outshone him. But I loved them both! If you don't write/post more, you'll soon find someone stalking you... mwahaha...
