Where in the world did you get the term "chubuscus" from? I "invented" that word to describe my baby brother, back in 1950! I have, to my knowledge, been the only one to have ever used it. All of my friends know this. Perhaps you are one of those friends, or very close acquaintences, who have heard me use this particular term of what I call endearment?

I would be most interested in finding out just where,or from whom you acquired "chubuscus," and why you used it to identify a type of demon, of all things.

Tara and Anya are my top two favourite characters from Buffy, and also my favourite friendship from the show. I love this story, and am dying for a continuation, possible flashbacks of the two sharing stuff about their lives (their pasts for example, Tara's abusive father, Anya's outcast-ish pre-demon life). Can't wait for more.

This is a really great start. Anya and Tara always struck me as a good friendship opportunity that was never explored well enough. I hope you continue soon.

This story is great. I always felt that Tara and Anya had a closer friendship than the show allowed us to see. I can't wait for Part 2.

Given that I am most drawn by Anya's character of all those associated with the program, this is a very intresting piece. I like the perusal of Anya's relationship with Tara as well as the seriousness with which she is going about her task.

There really aren't enough Tara/Anya friendship pieces out there, which is a damn shame because there is so much potential for great fics! This was wonderful, though. I've always thought those two had a closer bond than the show made out (that scene with them in 'I Was Made To Love You' is cute beyond belief) and this really summed up their relationship. I think, as you wrote, they could really relate to each other. I mean, they were both just girlfriends of the Scoobies, and not core members, so they would have both felt left out at times. If they shared these feelings, it would have made it better for the both of them.
It was, of course, quite sad. This isn't exactly a surprise seeing as it was Anya reminiscing about Tara AFTER SHE DIED. You wrote Anya's feelings extremely well, which is very hard to do. I DEFINITELY hope there will be more because I loved this first part!

I like it. I like it a lot. Tara and Anya are two of my three favorite BtVS characters (Spike being number three) and there are just NOT enough fics on their friendship. Can't wait for the next part! ~VBC~
