I thought it was pretty good. The only change I'd make is the forever hold your peace thing. It just made the rest of her speech pretty laughable.

Interesting story so far - as to the name, I liked the first one you put out in the last chapter; also, it does say in the books, but it's very rare - I believe it only mentioned the heads of house once (Flitwick) in book 1 or 2, and Sprout in one of the other first couple as well,but not in the same book. (Who knows why? ^_-)

Good luck with the rest of the story - if you need inspiration, I would suggest any of Teacher Bev's stories, particularly "Snape's Invisible Friend", as it is specifically this kind of story) (Most of her stories are Sevitus or Severitus
