. . . ew.

But a wonderful continuation of your Elf studies. I am intregued to learn more; already my understanding of the strange creatures has multiplied manyfold from your carefully documented studies.

O.K, one might say poor Haldir, Valar, the things people do in search of knowledge! (Shakes head!) I do hope he was returned to the wild after he recovered!
(I know this was very tongue in cheek!)

Bwahahahahaha! Oh, Eru... This is funnier than heck.

I'm getting flashbacks from high school biology. :P

As soon as I can, I'm putting you on my favorite authors list. This is too brilliant for words.

Dang, I'm getting good at this legalese stuff! (Okay, the Esquire part was a bit of a fib, as I will not be so for at least two more years, but hey! A girl can dream!) Sorry I haven't reviewed this sooner. I laughed myself to pieces imagining the multi-tipped ears. And what the HELL have you done to Haldir!

What a great idea: splice together science and Tolkien, and out comes a thoroughly entertaining dissertation on the biology of Elves. This is way cool. Very original, thanks for writing something for the biologists among us. :)

I just can't stop laughing. The scientist in me is so thoroughly entertained that this is unbelievable! A scientific fic about elves...who would have thought!! I have to say...excellent work, and if you can come up with the science behind the half-elven, I will be amazed. This is just too funny!! (Except the footnotes, which reminded me that I have to do Genetics HW. I guess my prof wasn't joking when she said it was a common book!)

Gah! I truly loved this piece...it's not everyday you see the word "telomere" on ff.net.
Can't wait to see how you cripple the twins.

Eagh! Funny and very, very disturbing. I love black humor, but still, the bit with the teeth . . . well, it is good to know that the SRDME is still in business. Not so good for Haldir, though.
