Port 2005-09-14 ch 1, anon.	abuseWow. This is a really insightful look at Danny. I feel like I've learned a large part of what makes him tick. Love the description of his AA meetings, the way he feels set apart from everyone because he's better off economically, even though he has the same problem as the rest of them. So unfair. Your description of the stack of calendars was poetic, as was Danny's progression from the subway to his own car. This feeling of progress that he should be proud of, but is instead worried about messing up. The tension between all the oppositions in his life is visceral, but not overdone. In all, great story, with a perfect ending point.

This was just wonderful, I absolutely love how you took Danny's fixation and worked it into every aspect of his life. Very realistic and more to the point, exactly as I imagine Danny (Mr Stay in Control) as handling this issue in his daily life. I loved it.

This was absolutley heart-breakingly breathtakingly angstily perfect. :) I loved the insight into an aspect of his character that isn't explored as often as it might be, and the use of 2nd person was very effective. So, two thumbs up and a pat on the back from a random internet person. :)
