Tom: (sobs) POOR SHIKAMARU! All your teammates are DEAD! (glomps)

Shikamaru: Get off me, you strange rabid squirrel! You're so troublesome! They didn't die, they're right over there!

Chouji: (chomps on a bag of chips and blinks)

Ino: There's no way I'd die before Forehead-girl!

Sakura: (appears suddenly) OH YEAH?! (starts a cat fight)

Asuma: (twitch) I'm not seeing any of this. (walks away)

Shikamaru: SEE?!

Tom: (blinks) Well, it was a fantastic one-shot anyways. Yay for angst! (sobs) POOR SHIKA!

Shikamaru: (sigh) How troublesome.

Truly beautifully written. *sniff* lol, very sad, poor Shikamaru! He's my second fave Naruto character, and I loved how you portrayed him. It was very pretty, and poetic, it really kicked ass!

Shikamaru is my fav character as well. I guess the reason we all like him so much is because he's so easy to relate to. He's lazy, which is most people, he doesn't live up to his potential, who hasn't heard the phrase "Has potential but won't apply themself"? He's underapprciated. Huh, sorry for the rabbling. It was a relaly good story, keep it up!
