Wow- this is a powerful piece. Your writing is superbly efficient with no excess description but nothing lacking either. Dialog flows naturally. You portray both characters' conflicted emotions very well.

Wow. That was a very moving piece of fanfiction. I never thought of the similarities between Aeryn's stituation and Crais's during the time before Into the Lion's Den. The last two lines were perfect, and stick in the readers minds. Thankyou. Keep writing. :)

Very well done and true to the character's personalities. It's unfortunate the TV series had no time to further explore the Aeryn/Crais relationship before his untimely demise. But this story definetly fits the mold nicely.

Nicely done. I really like the exchange between these two former Peacekeepers.

This is plain beautiful. The understanding and pain shared between these two... it just strikes the reader in the face. They are not so different after all. Just two Peacekeepers so very far from what they used to be, standing over the shattered remains of their lives. Clinging to each other.
Both are spot on. I couldn't stop reading. It's not a relationship that is often explored, but reading this I realized that Crais is perhaps closer to understand how Aeryn feels at that time than anyone else. And vice versa.
