It's actually one of the most compelling storylines I've read in a while - and making Conan solve a case when His usual voices aren't around would be loads of fun - plus watching Mitsuhiko attach himself like a leach to his 'best friend' could be downright hilarious. Yue Ryong - Shadowborne 2006-12-13 ch 1,	abuse...So there I am, browsing through the collective works of all my favourite writers online, paying particular attention to Detective Conan, as the moo for some of that takes me and what pops up in front of me? An interesting little beginning of an idea, seemingly alone and ignored out of all your works in the series. It'd be quite interesting to see where this goes, particularly this 'Teichi' thing. Very interesting. It's getting tricky to find really good DC fanfics lately, so consider this a plea to continue.

Snickerer 2006-04-30 ch 1,	abuseI’m not sure I can adequately describe how much I liked this look at things from Conan’s point of view. ^^ And his summary of the jewel-thief incident was hilarious! “Oh, thanks LOADS about the ‘shrimp’ comment, Mitsuhiko-kun. Remind me to deposit you head-down in a trashcan if I ever get back to my old self” XD Yep, someone’s a tad cranky. Can’t really blame him, though I doubt he’d /really/ go through with it. snicker Wonder if he’d be any better at handling that sort of situation the second time around, as it were. I don’t suppose there’s any hope you’re still working on this?

Well, you do wonders with all the charas but I must admit that the way you handle Shinichi and Kaito are on my top list. Yes, I plan to methodically review all the MK/MK stories you wrote. Calger 2004-03-21 ch 1,	abusehehe, sounds fun so far ^_^ I noticed one line in here, where Shinichi is noting Ran's legs and admiring her tan...that's something I never would have questioned before getting to know the Japanese, and I'm sure it's not common knowledge among anime fans, so this is just FYI, I thought you'd be interested. The Japanese are the opposite of us Westerners...they want to be white, like Geisha. Most of them have naturally tan skin and they (mostly the women, though I'm sure the men do this too, they're just more discreet about it) do everything in their power to keep the sun from getting to their skin. Gloves in summer, skin creams and sunscreen with skin whitener in it, long pants even when it's roasting outside (shorts aren't nearly as common in RL as they are in anime). So essentially, being Japanese, Shinichi would not think her tan was a good thing. Neither would Ran. It's a cultural difference, one I didn't know about before coming here. Anyway, it's not important to the fic at all, it just reflects your Western viewpoint in writing the fic. Thought you might find that interesting, I did anyway. Looking forward to more (as always)! ^_^
