This fic is so cute you should try something bigger I bet you'd be great at it. And I really like Setzer and Shadow together, they make a good thing cause couple I don't see either of them wanting ya know haha.

Plus isn't Setzer's scott's accent the cutest thing? Or maybe that's just my take on him? :-)

Shadow doesn't seem altogether completely in-character, but that may be just interpretation. This was absolutely adorable. The two of them work surprisingly well together.

I wonder about the symbolism of Setzer shuffling his cards... perhaps he was doing some kind of fortune-telling? If so, the fate of the ace of hearts doesn't seem to speak too well for this relationship.

Like "Fall," this is terrifically interesting, and I'd really like to read the longer work that this ties into. There's something oddly appealing about Shadow and Setzer as partners.

I don't have much useful to say, except that I really liked the ambiance of the piece. Shadow brushing Setzer's hair is a particularly nice bit, and the playing card symbolism is a lot of fun. :) I'm looking forward to seeing more of this.
