That was a really great story! Poor Neville though... It seems that it is always him to witness such things, but he would never dare to tell anyone. ;)

I really enjoyed this story. You did a great job of keeping everyone in character, especially Neville. I just love the last line, it sounds just like him. I also thought you did a great job of keeping Dumbledore and McGonagall in character, I could see this as being a real scene. Great job!

This is one of two stories that prompted me to finally register and do some reviewing. This is fantastic. The characterizations are spot on: "And what precisely would they be, please?...How remarkable." So McGonagall-ish! Good song choice too...it's one I can see them knowing and liking. And the last line is utter perfection.

I adore missing scenes and this is my favorite. Seriously, this is canon for me now.

Excellent! Very good characterizations, very romantic, the dancing was described beautifully... it never became awkward or too much anywhere, and it was funny to boot. Neville is just the one to get into this situation - and he got to learn something from it, too! He's going to take dancing lessons, yay! It is my personal opinion that the makers of the 4th film have actually READ your fic and decided to give Neville those lessons as a result of it. Very, very sweet fic, one of the best I've read. Kudos!
