This is the best story I have ever read about Escaflowne fanfiction. Great plot, lots of action, angst,and adventure. The only thing I really don't seem to handle well is the Allen/Celena relationship,kind of creeps me out,but overall,great story. Keep on writing,you got real talent.Loved your other fanfics too!

A very moving ending. It is almost hard to write a review from an outsiders stand point after having read the story from beginning to end. You just can't help but to empathize with the characters through their trials and tribulations, through happiness and suffering.
That is one of the great points about this story is that it allows the reader to relate to Allen, Celena, Gaddes and the others interacting with one another as normal, common people would to a point and not make it feel like your just watching a movie on tv.
The only real fault I've felt is that with the massive onslaught of the Basram Army onto Asturia. A battle like that would normally at the least last a few weeks. With that aside though there were only a few other minor quirks in the story minus the disclaimers in the beginning of a few chapters.

Wow, chapter 38 was very dark and heavy. All those pent up emotions from Allen and Gaddes breaking like a dam and overwhelming everyone with its pure rawness.
Very, very well written. It almost seemed like a different person wrote this chapter due to the complete turn around in the characters personality. Gaddes, always the soldier in attitude, now full of spite and hatred a side never really seen before.
Once again no real faults seen in the story. Well done.

Wa Ok, you are evil. I got so hooked on what would happen next that I didn't do my project. Now I have to do that all day tomorrow - plus two huge readings for class, study for a test, and get back to Advanced Rhetoric and Grammar! You evil evil people! SO unfair!
And yet so good. This was incredibly creative. Yes you toyed with Taboo subjects which made me wince on the thought of them, but somehow you pulled it off. I have no idea how, but it was bloody brilliant. Bravo! Good things come to those who wait. Tell me if you write a sequal - though I know that those can also be a pain.
I like Hans - poor boy. And there is finally some happiness in the Shizar household - finally. The whole "back for a day" thing was crepy. But creep factor is good. I did that with an opposite of Dilandau.
La ok, now homework. Stupid genetics.

Oh dear God, how much more insainity can there be? Allen's just cursed. The whole Fate manipulation will never run its course with them. Wow, did you tow just get togeather and think of all the ways to best torment him? I'm not complaining, it's well written and plotted, but sheesh!
And you keep adding chapters and I can't catch up!

Great story, it has been awhile since I've read something that people can relate to, or associate with the characters within its chapters. The characters all expressed everyday emotions and interacted with each other in normal everyday speech, to a point being it is a fantasy story.
Though quiet a few parts of it touched on taboo subjects I can say it has been done in a tasteful way and was well intregrated into the story and not shoved into the readers face as to make it blatant.
There are no real complaints about the story at this point in time. Well done and well written. I'll be looking forward to future chapters.
