The leveling up is fairly obvious actually. It's almost like I've begun reading a completely different and significantly better written fanfic.

Also, you shouldn't worry about your original characters. They seem very well adapted to the Inuyasha universe.

I am curious to know how exactly you determined that Inuyasha could speak English in an American accent when clearly there weren't Americans 500 years ago. I'm going to assume for the time being that it was purely for comedic effect and not meant to be taken seriously. Or I could just blame it on the fact that you were watching the dub. Yeah, that might explain it.

Aside from the fact that I keep flinching at how much you've Americanized the Japanese high school environment, I'm actually rather enjoying this and it surprises me that I apparently didn't get around to reading it before. Apparently you weren't familiar with the "-sensei" honorific back when you first started writing this story.
