Firstly, let me say again that knowing you're back to writing PotC FF has made my day, and just at the right time. You're amazing, mate.

Where are you? You have to come back and update. This is such a great story! There aren't any good Jack/Ana fics out there...yours is just about the only one left. I really can't wait to see this fic in modern times! Please update soon.

As always, your writing is amazing. (It's great to see you're still writing POTC!) Lovely intricate plotting and OCs, and well written Jack and Ana voices. You switch between point of views very well- its great to see different takes on the main characters depending on who's eyes we're looking through. I loved how you portrayed the closeknit relationships between Jack, Anamaria and Gibbs through small interactions. I especially liked the teaching scene between Ana and Diego, the surreal dream sequence, and (as someone who admittedly loves Jack/Ana) the small bit where "our" Jack muses on the effect alternate-reality-Jack had on alternate-reality-Anamaria and how he would treat his alternate self if he got the chance. Very touching though horribly sad.
It was a brilliant save to thrust Jack into modern times to deal with his life threatening injuries, but doing time travel (from a genre into "modern times") well is always difficult, so I'm very curious to see where this goes.
