Wow, this story was amazing! I know it's old, but I was searching through the archives for something else, found this story, and decided to read it. I thought you should know that although I rarely cry at things I read, I actually did cry a bit just after Mick died, when Sirious had his little fit. Beautiful! And I'm glad the boys' friendship wasn't damaged by what happened; it might've even been strengthened. When you first described Mick, he sounded a bit like Hagrid. Was this intentional? Again, great story!

Wonderful story. I don't care if it's AU now, it did justice to Sirius (who is my favorite character) and his motorcycle. He was very much the reckless yet loving guy (to his friends) in canon. Your original characters were great. I particularly liked Uncle Mick. He was truly worthy of JKR's world. I also loved how you connected Sirius laughing with being in shock. Nice connection with canon, that. I hope you did write that sequel. I'm going to check out your other stories. BTW, mysid reced this story.

I liked this! I thought it was a touching explination of how he got his Motorcycle. Very nice!

Great story! Very different with interesting details and metaphors. Gives me a bit of insight into why people like dangerous machines so much. :)

Ah yes. Great story, but not enough subtext for us a grimslasher like me... unless I read something into Sirius and Davy.

OMG I LOVED IT! Loved it loved it LOVED IT! I think though that a story as wonderful as this should get no sequel, because its so complete and full that I think a sequel would jsut ruin it, but thats me. I *love* how you have Sirius! And Davy is just adorable. Really, really liked it. ; )

That was a great story. I loved what you came up with for Sirius' history, and I'm pleased with your choice of motorcycle. Of course, we all know that if Sirius had been an American, he would have had a Harley...but that's something else entirely. ;-)

Ooh, cool...I like this one a lot...Yes, a sequel would be good, if you don't already have one...You have a *amazing* plot, decent spelling and grammar, and the characters are great. ****** (6 stars) out of five. :D
