Fluff! Hehehehe. Very good, but I think Theodred was much older than Eomer & Eowyn when they came to Edoras. I Theodred was 24, Eomer was 11, and Eowyn was 7...so I doubt Eomer and Theodred would kiss because they obviously were old enough to know better. If you need proof, check Appendix A under 'The House of Eorl' (third line).
