What a stupendous chapter! Loved every bit of it and I am seriously Jonesing for more! GYAH! The action was wonderfully written to the point that I could visualize every nuance of the fight sequence between the twins. Then came Legato! Just wonderful - and he's dead! Nice!

But the question is... what happens next?

And whoo-boy the tension is rising! I can't wait to see what happens when Knives awakens from his forced slumber! That was great by the way! Hahaha... Knives got KO'd by Livio ^_^ It truly makes me wonder what you have in store for our beloved Trigun gang.

Tangent - gyah! When are we going to be able to get the OVA?!?!?! (Saw the trailer on your site Miss Milly and now I'm chomping at the bit!)

Anywho, as usual it was another wonderfully written chapter that will definitely keep the readers wanting more!

My, my. Be-autiful. Excellent characterization, and by far, the most masterful breaking of the cutie I've ever witnessed. Despite being a total rat-bastard, I'm sympathizing with Vash at this point. People suck for what they did to him and I'm fully behind the fair trade of suffering with Knives.

Millie and Meryl have gotten some great depth, as have Livio and Wolfwood. Much kudos. Even the bit players from manga, anime and some ocs as well are getting a nice glow in the limelight.

And Knives... heel face turn played beautifully. There's still traces of the cah-razy that made him a bit endearing in the canon, which leaves a nice dose of familiarity.

Length of time between updates.. meh. Life has a great skill at getting in the way. I say take your time but do keep writing when it strikes you. Happy writers make good stories. Miserable writers with a deadline make make kill 'em all and downer ending stories. That's what the random email of notification is for.

I bow to your skill. Keep up the wonderful work. Most of all: enjoy it yourself. (not that you don't seem to be.)

This is the best current trigun fanfic out there, and you're the best Trigun authors with updated stories. Bar none, the best.

Fantastic writing and detail. Reading this is a joy and its effortless picturing whatever scene is being described. The characters are all in-character, except for of course the insano Vash and amnesiac Knives, but even then I TOTALLY believe their characterization until the cirsumstances.

And what a circumstance!! I wish more Trigun authors were as groundbreaking and original as you. The story has never been written before and its just... wow, one doesn't know what to except in this 'new' world.

This story could go on another dozen or more chapters, I'd never grow tired of this, or wish it were over (like some other fanfics eventually have a feeling of 'dragging on') and every update you do does my poor, overworked soul good.

God, just... keep updating and keep writing. If you do more Trigun stories after this (please, oh please) you'll have a dedicated follower here. I couldn't wait to read what other stories you'd think of. Masterful!

Welcome back ladies and CONGRATULATIONS Miss Milly on the recent nuptials! You were positively glowing in the photos, and "Mr. Thompson" (LOL) is one heck of a lucky guy!

Anywho, on to the review. And as usual it was an awesome chapter! I loved how Knives tried to circumvent the ladies departure as I had a feeling he would. But of course we knew it wouldn't deter them one bit. Oh heck no! You can sell the Thomases, you can sell the gear, and you can keep them from finding a way out of town - but you will never stop an Insurance girl from reaching their goal, that's for sure! Hahaha!!

Can't forget Knives's and how he "advised" Livio and Wolfwood that they were free once his fight with Vash is over either. Though, it's a depressing thought nonetheless. He's really worried about losing to Vash or at least not surviving. Of course we know that won't happen - well at least hope not!

And speaking of Vash - he's such a naughty boy! Trying to make it with Meryl in the confessional! So naughty! Yet so HOT! And now they are his prisioners. O.O W-O-W! Can't wait to see what happens with that!

What a fun chapter! Loved how Milly, Wolfwood and Livio hung out, eating ice cream and playing truth or dare. A much needed steam blower for sure. Too bad neither of the boys got a chance to give Milly a goodnight smootch. Hopefully, they'll get to give her one before saying goodbye. (I'm still up for letting her keep them both)

And Meryl's thoughts - hahahaha! "Package" and "Hot man Flesh" He... oh yeah good stuff! Too bad Knives had to act like a guy (men oi!) and ruin the eager anticipation. Oh well, at least she was able to lead him to believe that they were going to stay behind... Now, did he really buy it? There's a thought.

Another excellent chapter (like I knew it would be), and you know I can't wait for what's next. ^_^

First and foremost: Love the imagery! Also how you were able to give the background info on the town and surrounding area, and so smoothly transition it into the story. Not many writers can do that.

Whoo-boy, this seems like the calm before the storm too. I have a feeling everything's going to really start going downhill - and fast! Not that it's a bad thing, Story wise, but I sure the characters won't appreciate it much ^_^

You know I can't wait!

(And LOL - Wolfwood got a cofession out of Knives. Hahaha. That was great!)
