I don't think she's a Lesbian, she just wanted to annoy Will by not telling him. She was too irritated before, and she never seemed very homosexual in the series.
It's a funny, cute story, well, maybe not 100 percent believable!
But a unique idea! I liked it!

I didn't get the impression that Troi was gay, simply that she wanted to leave Riker guessing. I think Trek put the smack-down on the gay stuff with The Host. A little fun with the mind and the body never hurt.
PS - I can totally see Riker being all kind of twisted up by not knowing! Thanks for the amusing tale.
