I really loved this little story! The idea behind it and how you brought it to life... Please, please, please write some more from this universe. It would be amazing to read more. I've never seen this challenge before, but think this was a great answer to it. Considering life with the Dursley's, I can see this as a possiblitiy. I could also se everyone assuming that Snape is the nastiest teacher in existence for giving Harry detention every day, when all he's really doing is teaching Harry to read in a way that won't embarass him. Nicely done.
