I went looking for old HONKs stories and found yours. You have done a fantastic job with these first two chapters. Dumbledore and Ron are about a sick as I believe they could be and the rest are the people are believeable as well.

I just hope that at some time you finish the story.

the series was extremely satisfying, i appreciate how you delved deeper into magic by including the elements and such. it trully was amazing when you included runes as part of harry's magical arsenal, as hermione said ancient runes really is an interesting subject.
i really did not feel the harry hermione thing, everytime i read any har/hr fic it feels like a brother sister thing. haha
maybe you could go in deeper into ron's head, how did his feelings of animosity build up since the fourth year? although i agree with you he was a git in the jkr books.(he only redeemed himself in the dh)
overall it was a great read please please continue more.

Personally I think harry is a bit too forgiving, with all the stuff there repeatedly doing to him I would of thought the way he is acting (which I do like) would just get him to say "Iv had enough" so to speak. (Ron being a biggy) other than that I liked the story a lot.
