I have read many Lily/James fanfics but this one tops them all! This is by far my favorite! I love your writing style and all the twists and turns in this story! You even had me tearing up at certain times in the story! I'm not lying! You were born to be a writer!

Your writing has been the most beautiful writing I've seen out of all the Lily/James stories that I have read.
It was completely canon, so much that it was sad, even heartbreaking, to read.
I have literally cried the past half an hour reading these last 4 chapters..
I don't know how you deal with killing them off.
I've read a LOT of L/J stories, this one just drove out the rest from my memory.
For example..
I was laying in bed one night..
Trying to remember a character that WASN'T from your story..
I don't remember why, I just was.
And my mind kept going to Laura or Aiden...
Just the ones that you don't hear aboutat all in canon.
The ones that had to be there.
It couldn't just be the Marauders and Lily in all of the Gryffindors of that year, but there is no mention.
I'm really sad to have seen it end.
It really hurt to see them think it was Remus the whole time, never knowing it was Peter until it was too late.
And sometimes I think my high school drama is bad.
Wow. I liked that quote, I forget exactly what it was but it was Remus's thoughts where he was saying how life was good before it because lives of deceit, murder, and problems, of something along those lines.
I haven't checked yet if there is a sequel to this or not.
Perhaps if there isn't you'd like to do one..?

Good ending to your story in showing Olivia's and Remus's plans after their deaths. I like the description that you had of the Auror office when Olivia returns to the office, though Moody was probaly off comforting Frank's mom about what happened to her family. If Neville was hurt though wouldn't Remus,Olivia and Dana realize that could be Harry recovering from an attack at St. Mungo's instead of at his aunt's house. The Auror office probaly had a lot of requests of international transfers especially from those with kids especially after what happened to the Longbottoms. After what happened to the Longbottoms though wouldn't they be relieved that James and Lily are dead and not like Frank and Alice. Please let me know when you revise your Harry Potter stories.

Good chapter in describing everyone's reactions to James's and Lily's deaths even the capture of Sirius plus the interrogration of him by both Frank and Moody. Though in the books, its implied that Neville was either hurt and/or had a powerful memory charm performed on him because of his poor memory and coordination. Besides if Neville was hurt and/or saw his parents get hurt then Moody would definately want to get revenge on other Death Eaters who went free.

Wouldn't at least Dumbledore and Moody also attend Neville's birthday party if he had one too, since both him and Harry have the same birthday? At least wouldn't James and Lily get him something too, since Lily and Alice are probaly mummy friends.

Good chapter with Dana being concerned about Remus's well being after losing Laura. It looks like Sirius and Olivia are confiding in their friends about their feelings for each other. At least Olivia is now being honest with herself and Dana for the reason that she stressed getting married earlier, though I think that most singles go through a phase where they feel like they have to be married by a certain age. Of course its easier for Olivia to be single now, since both Dana and Remus are widowed so she's not the only single woman in their group. If they did get married before Sirius and Olivia was ready, then if they did get divorced that could of caused a strife between their friends. Though I did read one writer's blog where she advocates people marrying young, especially if they wanted to have children but Olivia has seen first hand that even if she did get married young then there's no guarntee that she would never be alone again. Its practical of Dana to try to reassure Remus about him not having Laura's child.

Good chapter with Laura seeming to get better before she dies. Though right now it seems like all of their friends would need to discuss what they would want if they were ever in a situation where they were being kept alive by machines or even if they were severely brain damaged where they had to be fed by a feeding tube. In later years, Remus may have one of his students wish that his own father were dead because it would be more humane for him. Of course any of them could wind up in that situation because of Voldemort and his followers not necessarily because of medical reasons. Remus's decision to end life support is one of the most difficult decisions anyone has to make. Of course heart disease is the number one killer of women in the US.

Good chapter with Dana moving to France to get away from the war, though wouldn't America or Switzerland be better to get away from the war? Switzerland would always be neutral in a war, but as a healer she could work in some very good health clinics. In the future they might get to visit Switzerland with the Longbottoms, but not for a fun holiday. It looks like Laura realizes that she might not be around forever and is giving Remus the okay to date again, if she does die. She's basically telling him that sometimes that you are supposed to be with different people at different times.

Good chapter in showing Lily's internal battle over choosing to stay at home with Harry instead of going back to the paper. Its a hard choice for her to make even though she's doing it because Harry's life is in danger not because its supposedly "better" for him if Lily didn't work.

It would be ironic if Rebecca moved back to France after breaking up with Sirius and then having his child without him knowing about it.

Good chapter with Rebecca showing her insecurity in her relationship with Sirius. At least Rebecca broke up with him, before he could learn about another form of female manipulation, to get him to marry her. At least with Olivia, she wouldn't want to sacriface her career for a wedding ring by getting pregnant in order to get Sirius to marry her, but Rebecca could. Though Rebecca could later find out that she's pregnant with Sirius's baby. It looks like Laura is starting to understand a little bit about what Olivia is going through feeling left out when Dana and Lily talk about starting their families. It would be interesting if Greg proposes marriga to Olivia and they get engaged. Since she's in her late teens early twenties, and he's in his twenties, they may both be dating for spouses, not for a good time. My 21 year old sister told me that since she's in her twenties that she's dating for a potential husband. Finally she was able to admit to Remus that she wasn't feeling well and he sensed what he needed.

That was a beautiful story and I cant wait to read the next one. Then ending is so sad, I have to wipe my eyes on my shirt and my shirt is sopping wet. THe saddest part for me is That Oivia actually thinks thhat Sirius did that and I guess, haes him for it... I have to go read the next one now!

Good chapter with Sirius and Olivia discovering Voldemort's plot to torture muggle children. To see how lucky those children were, maybe as a part of the Daily Prophet's investigation they can also visit a rehab center for those suffering from TBI, to see how bad the injuries can be. Though later on some of Sirius's and James's money may be going to a place like that. It would be interesting if Sirius is related to either a muggle brain surgeon or plastic surgeon by marriage, through Ted Tonks. It would also be interesting if he is descended from an artist/plastic surgery artist. Other muggle victims of torture would also be found participating in the Special Olympics, maybe in their mobile development program or even a camp for handicapped kids.

One of the Ministry's experienced Aurors is probaly assigned to desk duty because of her "condition".
