I think what I love most about your fics is the way you portray the family ties between hobbits. The matter-of-factness between cousins (and relatives), the easiness between generations, all written with such affection. Merry in his 'money-making mode' is a scream to read, and now we see he has learned it from his da. Those Brandybucks ... the rest of us never had a chance.

I just love all your work Baylor, so when I acessed your site yesterday and found you had updated I was so thrilled. And what made it even better was my happiness when I discovered what you had updated was a continuation-sequel-ish fic of your first Goodhobbits! I loved that fic so much and this one was just as great as the original. Wonderful job!
