I like this. You haven't failed, it's a good story. Though it is a lot like that other story you mentioned (I read "Encounter in the Corridor" after reading this).

The only thing you might change is to add a bit at the end, it seems to finish a little abruptly. Or was that what you were going for? Just one more scentence would be nice.

Since you've done the same thing twice, it seems the basic situation (Harry sees Luna, thinks that she's beautiful, and then runs away) isn't done with you yet. Maybe you would write something a little longer on it? Please?

I like it. I don't really care that it was sort of short, because it was fun to read. It made sense and didn't seem like you rushed it _too_ much. :) Good job!

Well...I'm a little confused on what's going on. First, why is he outside in the rain to begin with, and why is she outside (aside from twirling)? How long has he liked her or is this just a first time thing? Finally, are you going to finish this story. I'm not trying to be all doom-and-gloom, i like it, it's sparked my intrest, i'm just a little confused.
