All right, here it goes... I've never read a slash fic because they are almost all rated NC-17 it seems and I have no desire to read smut, no matter what the pairing.

I thought you handled this fic very well, though. The fact that you didn't need to go into the details was great because I think it allowed you to concentrate more on the character struggles going on instead.

I'm a Christian and I personally don't believe homosexuality is morally right, but I also definitely don't believe in persecuting homosexuals. I do my best to love them as I do my best to love everyone. I try my best to understand their feelings, and that's one of the things I thought you conveyed well in this fic- a fear of being ostracized by others and not knowing what to do with your feelings. Really, we've all experienced this sort of thing over one thing or another. But this was very touching to me because it felt like it had a very personal touch. Thanks for writing it with integrity and making it a thoughtful piece. God bless.

I really enjoyed this! Great fic, and very well written - lovely! :) My only issue with it was to wonder if Obi-Wan would really be so worried about the possibility of being attracted to men in general (as opposed to his Master specifically). I would think that as the Jedi grew up surrounded by numerous other species (including various humanoid ones who would be sexually compatible with each other) the idea of a same-sex relationship just wouldn't be all that worrying. Anyway, just my two cents. Loved the fic! :)
