Please learn to format. The and tags are your friends. No one wants to read stuff written like this.
Also, I agree that this would be better if you took fewer thoughts and elaborated on them - perhaps a viginette of Kenshin and Tomoe's married life in the Meiji, the collapse of the Tokugawa Shogunate and colonial Japan, or Japan under Shishio Makoto.

I really think you should leave this idea for people that can take it farther. If you can, that's good, but you don't seem to be doing it here.
Do some research if you are going to continue. Supplement your ideas, and organize them (paragraphs help.) If don't want to do all this, then, like I said, leave this for people who can and will.

P.S. Okay, now I'm going to get people that are gonna say "You don't have a right to tell her what to write!" and actually yes, I do, but you don't necissarily have to listen. That's what advice is.
