Wow! I'm speechless. That was... good. I loved how Yami would tempt Yuugi to getting power and how he would always submit and call out the ending, winning attack instead of Yami doing. That was cool. Also how slowlu Yami is destroying Yuugi's innocence by tempting him. That was part was brilliant. Actually this whole thing is brillant. Loved it.

The only suggestion/comment I have is that in the middle of the duel when Yami and Yugi are discussing the overall conflict between them, the reoccuring problem, you almost lose sight of what's happening in the real world. Maybe if you just added in a little note of something happening around them in the middle it would be a jolt to remember where they are and what's happening. that's all i got.
but it was amazing just the same! The first paragraph especially, all your comparisons and similes and things are incredible! and i like how you aren't having Yugi swooning over Yami or the other way around. It's easy to see they care about each other, but i like that Yugi doesn't let that stand in the way of the things he hopes for and his beliefs etc.
All in all, it's a very good fic. Good luck in the contest!! i think this one should do well! ^^
