Hey, this was a lot of fun! Very unusual. And what a freakin' relief to read a story where Illya isn't an emotional mess *g*

2 Uncle agents & a Zebra! Who would have thought that combination would works so brilliantly. Loved it all. You gave the two boys just the right amount of angst & battering, with some humour thrown in along the way to lighten the pain! Write more, love to see what you do the boys next.

This was a wonderful story - the only thing that struck me as odd is that Illya's gunshot wound seemed to mysteriously disappear in the third chapter.

Thanks so much for finishing this story up! Boy, our agents have quite a bit of luck in this outing, especially Illya. I loved Spot, and the way that Lana Turner turned out to be "U.N.C.L.E. agent material". Too bad Solo didn't mention that to Mr. Waverly...

this is fantastic, i've only just discovered the man from uncle and i'm a huge fan allready. This is superb i can't wait to find out what happens next,and i loved the ending.

This is a fun variant on the "Our Heroes Get Stuck in a Cave Together" theme common to fanfic. This often points toward a deepening of friendship, the working out of problems in the friendship, or, in the case of slash, the development of a sexual or romantic relationship between the characters. You're such a tease--I want to know what happens next! (Please do not be offended by my thinking that Our Heroes might turn out to be gay :-)
It might round out the story--help shape it up--if you add some material about how Napoleon and Ilya feel about each other. This would help the inquiring reader find out what sort of story s/he is looking at. They're sitting out on the savanna with nothing else to do--someone has to stay awake for the watch--they could spend the time thinking about the other guy in order to keep themselves awake. What is the state of their friendship? How close are they? etc. etc.
Liked this a lot--very fond of MFU though haven't watched my tapes of it in a while. But maybe I will now...
