Chibi Binasu-chan 2004-05-09 . chapter 1Aw... That was so sad! I liked the cutting of the braid and if you do you'll cut your soul. ^.^ That was hilarious. Something Aoshi would diffinetly say and be embarresed about it. ^.^
Is this a one-shot, or will it continue? It's a very beautiful one-shot (i read the pre-sequel) but if it keeps going I would prefer that more.
Well, anyway, very well written!

misaoshiru 2004-05-08 . chapter 1...I'm impressed. You're good at writing; I only found a couple errors, one grammatical and one capitalization. |
keishiko 2004-05-08 . chapter 1 m, very nice! ^.^ a novel take on an idea that's been done to death by too many inexperienced writers... great stuff. i especially like the courage with which you wrote the dialogue--showing their relationship at that delicate time with a quick, simple, unflinching (if you will) exchange of lines; a seemingly superfluous subject that you use as a device very well.
sorry if i'm gushing... but believe me, the admiration is genuine. keep writing please! ^.^ |
AnnabelleG 2004-05-04 . chapter 1I loved it. :) I just enjoy stories that dwell on Misao and Aoshi's much underrated past. You did that well. Bravo! |
 Oyuki 2004-05-01 . chapter 1it was awesome. |
The Jade Lady 2004-05-01 . chapter 1woah, that was really good |
Zeryna 2004-05-01 . chapter 1This is a most bittersweet story and I love it. Your dialogues are excellent you and don't stray in the plot as some people have a tendency to do. I look forward to reading more of your Ruroni Kenshin works. |
Nigihayami Haruko 2004-05-01 . chapter 1Absolutely beautiful. I think many people have talked about Aoshi's bond to Misao, discussing the tenuous chord that seems to link them, even dissecting a history that few really knows much about beyond him being the Kashira. However, with this little piece, you've managed to reach into the soul of their relationship. Even at such a young age, Misao has managed to give Aoshi her heart and soul. She gives it with such determination and strength that he can't help but keep coming back for more of her.
The ending, though abrupt, was like a breath of air, a gasp after experiencing such a brilliant ride. You've done a magnificent job. Keep writing! |
