I just have to say that your story is awesome! I love the idea of how Iruka is a Hunter, since the anime does not feature him much. Anyway, I'm really glad that you are doing a sequel! Please continue writing it. I really love your story!

You know what i'm really likeing this story! It's straight and to the point without all the 'I like him but does he like me back?' nonsense that usually drags out through the chapters untill like one of the last chapters where theres the love confession and everything just seems so right but at the same time odd beyond belief! Keep the chapters coming if you havn't finished this yet!

Wow this story is so interesting, so full of life! I can't believe Iruka finally had a breakdown, it's just so unlike him, but i guess it comes with the price of being a ninja ne?

Wonderful! This is only my second story where Kak/Iru ar the main pairing (I'm Sasu/Naru fan) but they are my second choice. I loved the action, the drama, and the moments of humor. This was a great story and I can't wait to read the next Book. Great job!!

OMG I LOVE THIS STORY! well i love the plot and of course the pairing (kakairu 4evah!!XoX) on to the sequel^_^

This was a really nice story, despite a slight Mary-Sue-ish-ness in the way that Iruka was such a high-ranking ninja in the village, whereas it is clear that he's just a chuunin in the manga. Still, you explained everything really well, and even if it was a stretch to imagine some of the things you made up, you still made a really well-written, cohesive story. I loved Iruka a lot. XD And the Prologue was *heart*. ^^

this is so freaking good.

Intense fighting scenes, incredible pacing, eloquent emotional scenes, and Iruka's and Kakashi's first kiss together just made my heart stop. Which is very weird, I think, since their supposed-to-be LAST kiss should have made me feel that, but oh well. XD I love how you characterized the Hunter-nins (their loyalty to Kurohyou was really touching) -- and Hime!
Iruka's wild card kicks major **, and I just swoon at his Hunter name. XD
