I'm sorry it took me so long to get to this! (I just finished Angel about a month ago) You capture Illyria's tone and posturing so well! Definitely an amusing read. Time to read about children!

Sweet and funny without being ridiculous - I'd say you've done the near impossible.

The mental image if Illyria sitting at home like a bored house wife watching days of our lives was really funny. So was the fact that Wes and Illyria were acting like an old married couple, I wonder what would happen once they started having kids.

...*tries to hold in laughter but can't* "The acid and lava pools are excellent this time of year"...I say you write a story that's about the wedding...Ahh, the joy it would bring...

I'm aware that I read this and it's sequel out of order, but it was still funny as Satan and Hitler dancing the conga. *grins* Illyria watching Days Of Our Lives, and calling Angel "the grumpy half-breed with no self-esteem" (assuming the "talkative" one is Harmony). Wes was so sarcastic, it was great. The final line really got me going too. I hope you do make a long fic involving Illy and the kids, they're just so great. Well, seeya ~VBC~

Very enjoyable one-shot, you captured Illyria's voice perfectly (which isn't an easy thing to do). She's quickly becoming one of my favorite characters, and this just cracked me up!
